Therapy Neck Wrap - Linen, Hot/Cold Wrap, Flax Seeds, Green

The approximate size is 53cm x 19cm (21’’ x 7.5’’) and the weight is about 1.2kg (2.6lbs). The inner bag is divided into 6 sections to keep the seeds evenly distributed. However, each section has a little gap so that you can decide if you'd like more or less flax seeds to be in certain sections of the neck wrap. The benefit of using flax seeds for the filling is that they are oleaginous, which means that they contain oil. This oil accumulates heat or cold and aids relaxation and pain relief (wonderful to reduce menstrual cramps). This neck wrap is excellent for soothing aches and pains, especially around neck and shoulders. But it can also be used on other areas of the body, such as to reduce menstrual pains. The inner fabric is 100% OEKO certified linen and the outer fabrics is 100% cotton. The outer cover can be removed and hand washed.
